Stefan Fischer studied Business Administration focused on "Finance" at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). During the course of studies, he spent one semester at Queen's University in Canada and at New York University in the United States.

Stefan Fischer has been working as a consultant at Bain & Company in Johannesburg, Munich and Zurich. Before that, he gained experience in Investment Banking in London, Retail Banking in Switzerland and as an English teacher in Argentina.
