Dr. Roger J. Busch Institute of Technology, Theology and Natural Sciences (TTN), Ludwig Maximilian University, Munich
Roger Busch (*1958, married, 3 children) studied Theology in Munich from 1978 to 1985. After two years as an Assistant he was Pastor in Ehingen am Ries (Bavaria) until 1990. From 1990 to 1995 he was Personal Assistant to the Bishop of the Lutheran Church of Bavaria, where the main focus of his work was on the Church and Politics and the Church and Economics. In 1994, he obtained his doctorate in Theology. Since 1997, Director of the TTN Institute of Applied Ethics at the Ludwig Maximilian Uni-versity in Munich with particular focus on conflict communication, biotechnology, ethical aspects in information and communication technology, in the development of agriculture and business ethics. Roger Busch is a member of various bodies, including the Max Planck Society, the Economic Council of Bavaria, the Energy Advisory Board of the Bavarian Government and in the Groupe de reflexion of TA-Swiss. |
