Ellinor von Kauffungen

Ellinor v. Kauffungen (*1951) is a freelance journalist and lecturer in facilitation and presentation skills and the media. More than 20 years as journalist and presenter for radio and television with the Swiss broadcasting company SF DRS in the fields of home affairs/business/culture. With Radio DRS, she helped to establish the consumer magazine "Index" as well as news journals; for many years TV talkshow hostess on "Persönlich"; 10 years with the television station SF DRS, amongst other things as presenter / deputy head of the "Tagesschau" news programme and special political broadcasts.

In 1997 she founded her own company (www.elkman.ch). Hostess on "Musik für einen Gast" on Swiss Radio DRS 2, presenter of conferences, debates and podium discussions for companies and organizations, lecturer at the Media Training Centre (MAZ) in Lucerne and at the Winterthur University of Applied Science (Fachhochschule), media trainer for managers from politics, business, and society. Voluntary service for the Swiss Corps for Humanitarian Aid (SKH - Schweiz. Korps für Humanitäre Hilfe) on various disaster relief assignments
